This private page is for accepted traders only and allows you to securely provide the final details we need to confirm your pitch at the event.
 

Please complete the booking form below with accurate information about your business, pitch requirements, we request that  insurance documents are emailed to us before the event date. Once your form has been submitted, Your pitch will be fully secured once payment has been received.
 

Closer to the event, we will email all confirmed traders with full event-day logistics, including arrival times, set-up and pack-down requirements, site access information, and any final details you’ll need to plan for the day.
 

Outdoor Event & Gazebo Requirement

Please note that Louie: Voice for the Wild is an outdoor woodland event. For safety, presentation, and weather protection, we kindly ask that all trader pitches are covered by a gazebo.

Traders are welcome to bring their own gazebo, or you may choose to have a gazebo supplied by us as part of your stand fee. Where a gazebo is supplied, your support helps us purchase event infrastructure that can be reused at future Jungle Lifeline CIC events.

By investing in reusable gazebos now, we’re able to build a sustainable event setup that allows us to keep pitch fees lower for future events, while continuing to host high-quality, conservation-led experiences.
